Topflight Couriers utilise NetCourier to efficiently manage their courier operations, empowering clients to oversee Next Day Parcels, Timed Services, and International deliveries through our user-friendly web-based IT solution. Through collaborative efforts, we tested and successfully launched customer bookings and supplier label printing via the portal, facilitating third-party pickups with industry leaders such as DHL, UPS, and DX.
Our close collaboration further enabled us to create an intuitive Client Portal experience, serving as a seamless point of contact between Topflight Couriers and their customers. NetCourier gives Topflight customers the ability to manage their bookings, obtain quotes, compare services, and more, enabling Topflight to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of services that appeals to both large corporate multinationals, local SMEs, and one-off private customers.
Connections to third-party carriers, coupled with the online client portal, have allowed Topflight to expand their business opportunities beyond their immediate geographical area.
